Once you book Akash; what we expect from you:

‘A clear communication & understanding about what you are expecting out of the experience’. Strangely, greater than 1/3rd of the Events which Akash does; his precise deliverables inside his events are not made very clear to him. He expects you to deep detail the exact learning outcomes from his Event.

‘The more I know about my audience; the more laser relevant will be my content’, says Akash. He truly puts in a lot of effort to know his audiences e.g. in 2018 he did Five events (different Zones of India) for the Sales Teams of Ultratech Cement. He spent huge time talking not only to layers of sales managers but also with distributors. Result- ‘Customized Events with stellar results’.

How I will do your Event:

I will use Stories, Humor, tolerable Sarcasm to first open a learning hole into the audience’s brains. Once this happens, everyone will get captivated or cracking up. This way, I will get the full attention of the audience. Complete engagement. It is a perfect position for me to then drill incisive actionable insights into their minds (using experiential tools & templates).

In summary, ‘Motivation MINUS Boring Gyaan = What I will do’. Content that will actually WORK! My choice of activities, stories & content pivots on my learning that people follow incentives, not advice.
