‘How to quit smoking’, ‘How to overcome laziness’, ‘How to control my anger’, ‘How to overcome my Mobile phone / television addiction’ to even ‘How do I bring an end to my Nail Biting habit’ – some of the questions which I regularly end up answering as a part of my work. I thought to bury it all in a blog post by straight answering ‘How to get rid of any of your bad habits’.
