The most important lesson of life that I picked up during my growing up years:
Life is led forward but understood backwards. That understanding comes from retrospection and the ability to understand life. If you can’t do it as you live, do it in your flashback. But until you look at what you have done before – you will never know where you went wrong.
I already wrote about the biggest lesson life taught me. This is the second most important lesson that I am penning down now.
HIGH ENERGY :-
One of the regrets that I have in my life – is about all those days when I woke up late, had my bath late and because of which I almost sullied my day. Think about this – on all those days when you start afresh early- the day gets you a better result. I have always felt a superiority complex about self – whenever I spend an hour or more exercising / running early, the time when 90% of the world is sleeping. For this to happen; begin your day from your own house. People often ask me how I manage being a Motivational Speaker. This is how!
I started meditating a few years ago. And life has not been the same since. It’s like being opened up to a world of newer possibilities that I never realized existed – all within me. I left behind all addictions and just joined the addiction of the divine. And it is much more intoxicating than any wine in the world. It gives me energy, purpose and fills me with heart. I learned it from Sri Sri Paramhansa Yogananda Ji’s precious teachings with the help of YSS of India. If you are looking to add this joy to your lives, do give this a thought.
The most important lesson of life that this discipline taught me is – everything you are looking for, is all within you.

Remember: ‘High energy people are bound to be more successful’. No lazy guy ever made the mark.
