I put this very seemingly simple, tiny but profound question on my FB Page & Twitter. It was an out-pour of comments & messages. Around 1200, no kidding! Most were cute, some were philosophical, many were emotional but the stellar ones were the ‘funny & crazy ones’. Bringing all those funny quotes on Happiness together for you to enjoy, take it easy and laugh away!
In these 10 years (20s to 30s); I have seen people going to any extent to avoid doing what actually needs to be done! As a Motivational Speaker in India – 90% of the stuff which I receive in emails or as messages on my Social Media is what I am going to SHARE in this blogpost. All I am going to do is – ‘Take the hindsight of those thousands of messages & try & make it your foresight’ about the ways of screwing your life that you can definitely avoid.
Below are 10 ways in which people screw their lives in their 20s & regret it after 30s. As always- No Gyaan. Just pure- reality check. Intention is only one :- To help you understand ‘How to live a super inspired life in your peak youth years’. Read More
‘Tum kya sach mein itney ……. ho?’
— Do you not regularly feel tempted to look at a few of your friend’s FB statuses & write below (the above line) as a comment? But you cannot say it; as it is your friend & it is social media. One wrong comment and he will UNLIKE all your pics that he had LIKED. And the itch keeps on growing (with every blatant display of low IQ & EQ of your friend) & you still cannot scratch that fungal patch.
So many of us are living two lives. One- on Internet and the other — ‘whatever remains from it’. There are people who spend a staggering 8-10 hrs online every day. That’s like – the whole of their productive day. Being online is fine. But how much of it is spent on social media? If it is more than an hour, there’s something wrong with you! This blog post is a humorous take on those hours you spent on FB, outraged and enraged over nothing, and 12 very simple ways of limiting social media time.
Very few Love stories in this ‘FB generation’ grow old. The infant mortality rate of love stories is the highest these days. People are confusing ‘Relationships’ with ‘Pre-Paid re-charge cards’. Unfortunately — ‘love’ these days serves the purpose of an exterior emulsion paint: ‘Baahar kee deewar badhiya — andar seelan & deemak’ etc. And the question they ask is -“Bhaiya yeh deewaar TIKTI kyun nahi hai?” In such situations, sometimes when seriousness doesn’t work, humor does. This is my attempt at humorous and funny reasons to move on from a relationship – when you know it has run it’s course. It delves into the unmistakable signs that the end is near, and ways to move on happily. Dig in!
You may ask, what makes me qualified to say I’m going to give you the best relationship advice ever! And you would be right too. But I have my share of trysts with the ladies and I have also been married for the last 11 years. Good experience no? 🙂
Asha Bhonsle & Parveen Babi sang it right -way back in 1982:-
Jawaani jaan-e-man haseen dilruba
Milein do dil jawaan nisaar ho gaya
Shikaari khud yahaan shikaar ho gaya
Yeh kya sitam huwa
Yeh kya zulam huwa
Yeh kya ghazab huwa
Yeh kaise kab huwa
Na jaanoon main na jaane woh, AAha…
(Repeat this AAha.. in your mind ; with a painful sound emerging from your very lower abdomen .
